Please take the time to fully read the Terms of Usage as you are bound to it by using our website. All product orders are shipped via Bird-X out of Chicago, Illinois. The customer is responsible for expenses for freight charges for products ordered. AviAngle does not guarantee any of the shipping times for any shipping method. If the user needs to have a product by a specified time, the user needs to select the appropriate shipping method.

AviAngle, including but not limited to its agents, employees, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, to the fullest extent permissible under law, either expressed or implied, will not be responsible or liable to any user, product resellers, installer or other 3rd party, for direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, consequential or other forms of damages, arising out of product purchased, products purchased and installed, installations, services provided, service agreements, maintenance of products installed, use of information, statements made by you or 3rd party, website usage, loss of business, profits, intangible losses, impact to goodwill that may have arisen out of the purchase of products from AviAngle, the installation of products purchased from AviAngle and our any services or information provided or recommended by AviAngle. Users have the responsibility to check with their state to determine the allowance of said disclaimer before website usage or purchasing products. All sales are final — no returns provided for unused products.
AviAngle may update its Terms of Usage, and it is the user’s responsibility to review any updates. The terms and conditions that are set forth herein represent the entire agreement between AviAngle and the user and supersede any prior version of Terms of Usage. Further, take note that the Terms of Usage herein don’t create any 3rd party rights. No waiver of rights is created for failure to exercise any of the Terms of Usage herein. Furthermore, if any provision of the Terms of Usage is found to be unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain in effect.
